Dating Child Actor na si Jiro Manio, nag palaboy-laboy sa NAIA Terminal 3

          Former actor Jiro Manio is under the custody of airport security at the NAIA 3 until his family fetches him from their office. His father, Andrew says Jiro is undergoing a second wave of rehabilitation for his drug addiction and left their home because he got into an argument with him. Director Maryo J Delos Reyes also asks the entertainment industry to help Jiro.

According to the Facebook user named Jennifer Dyan Manio Enaje, the actor left their home on Saturday night and they haven't seen again after that. She even mentioned that when Jiro was still with them, they  tried talking to him but they  got no response. They are thinking that Jiro might be suffering severe depression, they wanted to bring him to a hospital and see a doctor to receive medical treatments, but they lack money.

In the recent post of Inquirer.net, everyone was indeed surprised to find out that the  actor was already staying and roaming  around the NAIA Terminal 3 for a couple of days.

NAIA terminal 3 security guard named Frank Sorca immediately  recognized him and pitied him.

"He looked as if he hasn't had any decent meal and his clothes were dirty." The guard said.
Also, according the guard, when he saw Jiro, he has bruises in his arms. He even asked him what he's doing at the  NAIA and Jiro  simply replied that he  have enemies at home. The guard even said mentioned that every time he asks the  same question, Jiro's answer varies.

The employees at the NAIA Terminal 3 have been giving him food and other basic needs.

But Jiro was somehow confused as to why people are  being  nice to him and  why he catches so much attention. When  he was asked if he was an actor, he insisted that he isn't an actor.

Butuan Goddess Georgina Fortalejo - FHM Girlfriend Of The Month July 2015

Georgina Fortalejo a car  show model decided to move towns. She is from Butuan City. Philippines. She is very pretty, friendly, a happy person, kind and more and if I had a chance to marry someone it would be Georgina Fortalejo.
Georgina is part of our Valeen Montenegro-led new issue, now available in supermarkets, newsstands, and bookstores everywhere!
In her interview with FHM Philippines.
You’re all smiles in almost every photo—did the photographer put you up to it, or masayahin ka lang talaga?
Masayahin lang talaga ako, ha ha! My friends call me happy-go-luckykasi I always make it a point to enjoy the things I do, and I always smile because for me, smiling is attractive—it catches people’s attention.
You sure caught ours. Were you in any pageants before all this?
I was! I joined a lot of beauty pageants back in my hometown in Butuan. Medyo marami-rami na. The most memorable one siguro was when Miriam Quiambao was one of the judges. That was special because she told me she liked my answers. I also held the crown for Ms. Tourism Butuan for a year back in 2013.
But then you left Butuan for Manila?
Yes, I moved here to Manila, met some photographers, and then I started doing car shows and events, and now I’m doing FHM! In lingerie! Ha ha!
Not very different from what you’d wear in pageants we’re sure, you look so at home in a two-piece. Would you wear just bra and panties as pambahay, though?
Yes, sometimes kasi sobrang init. So sometimes panties and a sando lang when I go to sleep. And when I work out inside my room, I only wear sports bra and boy leg panties, yung masikip.

Togonan Falls of Brgy. Marayag, Mainit, Surigao del Norte

I know that there are a lot of people who would want to visit this newly developed natural attraction but there's not a lot of info on the net on how to get there, only pictures of the place. That is the reason why I made this clip - to help / guide people on how to get to Togonan Falls of Brgy. Marayag, Mainit, Surigao del Norte! You're welcome, by the way! :D

How to Get There -
Option 1: Naog sa rotonda / entrance ng Magpayang, then u can ride a habal2x going to the falls.
Option 2: Suyod sa Magpayang, diretsoha lang ang dalan, then turn to the rough road on your right, just BEFORE the fork road (as shown in Google Maps on the opening part of my video). If u don't have a car, there are also habal2x's (one way fare is P50.00) waiting to take you to the falls as you turn right :D Then subaya ra ang dayan / just go straight ahead and be prepared for a bumpy ride of about 3 kilometers until you reach Brgy. Marayag's Gym (this is the landmark that tells you you're super close to the entrance). When you reach Marayag's Gym, you then TURN LEFT to where the flags are... Then boom! Before you know it, you're already at the entrance.

How's the road going there? Well, as of now it is still a rough road. Don't bring a car that has a low clearance to the ground as huge rocks from the road will only damage/scratch it's under chassis... Only bring pick-up trucks, motorcycles, SUVs or even a mountain bike (if you dare)! :D Better yet just go ride the habal2x hehehe ^_^ Also there is a part of the road that's narrow (only one lane) so goodluck if two cars going the opposite direction pass by it at the same time! o_O

Overall, it's a really nice place! Very refreshing! I highly recommend you ride the bamboo raft (it's FREE) and get close to the waterfalls and have the biggest shower / best back massage of your life hehehe. Super nag enjoy jod ko. What is, tagaw og waterfalls! lol Finally, a powerful waterfalls that's close to Surigao City! :D Kudos for developing this place! I hope the road going to Togonan Falls will be widened and cemented soon. And I hope more of Surigao / Caraga's natural attractions will be developed soon... :D

Togonan Falls FYI - The waterfalls is said to be around 70 feet high! Whoa! And is only a 1 hour drive from Surigao City! :) What are you waiting for? GO na people!!! Also, it is said that there are 300 easy steps going down the waterfalls proper. but you wont be able to mind it because of exciting feelings to see the falls.

Fake rice now in the Philippines.

      One of the widely spread news is the selling of fake rice within the vicinity of Asia. Usually in the East and Southeast. But the allegedly fake rice from China has already reached the Philippines. As a family from Davao was shocked when the rice that they bought from a supplier was not what they expected.

When the family cooked the rice, it was like the texture of a styrofoam. The rice is so white as a fleece but when it was cooked they knew that something was not right. Carmencita Grinio, the housewife who discovered the fake rice, did not bother to serve the rice because she knew that it was not safe.

The Grinio family had alerted the National Food Authority about the incident, they asked for a sample of the rice and will further investigate. The Department of Health will also check this matter.

According to Food and Drug Administration, if you found out something suspicious or strange about the rice that you are cooking doesn't put yourself to the test. It is better to be safe than sorry.
Especially now that there is a rumor about the fake rice that is being distributed in parts of Asia that contains a synthetic resin that is fatal to mankind.

They say that prevention is better that cure. So let's always be mindful of the foods that we're going to eat. Always make sure that it is approved by the departments that handles those concern.

Switch case in C and C++ (Function and Switch in one program)

Switch case statements are a substitute for long if statements that compare a variable to several "integral" values ("integral" values are simply values that can be expressed as an integer, such as the value of a char). The basic format for using switch case is outlined below. The value of the variable given into switch is compared to the value following each of the cases, and when one value matches the value of the variable, the computer continues executing the program from that point.

EXAMPLE:

switch ( <variable> )
{
case this-value:
  Code to execute if <variable> == this-value
  break;
case that-value:
  Code to execute if <variable> == that-value
  break;
...
default:
  Code to execute if <variable> does not equal the value following any of the cases
  break;
}

The condition of a switch statement is a value. The case says that if it has the value of whatever is after that case then do whatever follows the colon. The break is used to break out of the case statements. Break is a keyword that breaks out of the code block, usually surrounded by braces, which it is in. In this case, break prevents the program from falling through and executing the code in all the other case statements. An important thing to note about the switch statement is that the case values may only be constant integral expressions. Sadly, it isn't legal to use case like this:

EXAMPLE:

int a = 10;
int b = 10;
int c = 20;

switch ( a ) {
case b:
  // Code
  break;
case c:
  // Code
  break;
default:
  // Code
  break;
}

The default case is optional, but it is wise to include it as it handles any unexpected cases. Switch statements serves as a simple way to write long if statements when the requirements are met. Often it can be used to process input from a user.

Below is a sample program, in which not all of the proper functions are actually declared, but which shows how one would use switch in a program.

EXAMPLE:
/* Function and Switch in one program*/

#include <iostream>
void playgame()
{
    cout << "Play game called";
}
void loadgame()
{
    cout << "Load game called";
}
void playmultiplayer()
{
    cout << "Play multiplayer game called";
}

int main()
{
  int input;

  cout<<"1. Play game\n";
  cout<<"2. Load game\n";
  cout<<"3. Play multiplayer\n";
  cout<<"4. Exit\n";
  cout<<"Selection: ";
  cin>> input;
  switch ( input ) {
  case 1:            // Note the colon, not a semicolon
    playgame();
    break;
  case 2:            // Note the colon, not a semicolon
    loadgame();
    break;
  case 3:            // Note the colon, not a semicolon
    playmultiplayer();
    break;
  case 4:            // Note the colon, not a semicolon
    cout<<"Thank you for playing!\n";
    break;
  default:            // Note the colon, not a semicolon
    cout<<"Error, bad input, quitting\n";
    break;
  }
  cin.get();
}

Benefits of the Moringa leaf

It could be said without any doubt that from the pure Moringa Tree Leaf we can get very good benefits for the health, which are very much reported in studies of the leaf. It is the organic, natural, endurance and energy supplement of health. In other words, it’s the ultimate thing. And the post beneficial and purest part of the plant is the powdered Moringa leaf.According to the annals of the ayurveda, India’s old tradition of medicines, the leaves of the Moringa Tree could treat at least 300 diseases.
Moringa leaf has no proven bad effects and is absolutely safe and organic. Because of its tolerant properties, it has been given to malnourished little babies in Africa. Athletes all over the world boost their performance abilities by taking huge quantities of the leaf to keep them fit both mentally and physically. It is their secret weapon. Even for senior citizens who are losing their sharpness of mind, the Moringa tree leaf could be a great help. In fact the powder is suitable for people from any age group.
The Moringa leaf is comparatively an unheard name in spite of the fact that it has been found mentioned more than two thousand years before, and the World Health Organization has been observing and utilizing the tree for more than forty years now as a cheap health supplement in the poverty-stricken countries the world over. There is a reason behind this. The selling of all kinds of health supplements, minerals and vitamins is a lucrative business. No big company would ever take the risk of introducing a name that could potentially harm and lower the sale of all other nutritional items. The same holds water for the pharmaceutical countries too. These huge companies would prefer to keep the general public in the dark about the benefits of the Moringa leaf to make big bucks for their own.
Written below are the benefits of the Moringa Leaf:
  1. Increases the Natural Defenses of the body
  2. Provides nourishment to the eyes and the brain.
  3. Promotes metabolism with bio-available ingredients
  4. Promotes the Cell structure of the body
  5. Promotes natural Serum cholesterol.
  6. Lowers the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines.
  7. Promotes the normal functioning of the liver and the kidney.
  8. Beautifies the skin
  9. Promotes energy
  10. Promotes proper digestion
  11. Acts as an antioxidant
  12. Takes care of the immune system of the body
  13. Promotes healthy circulatory system
  14. It is an anti-inflammatory
  15. Gives a feeling of general wellness
  16. Supports the normal sugar levels of the body.
Moringa leaf boosts your energy in a natural manner, and is a remarkable source of nutrition. This energy promotion does not happen because of sugar, so it is lasts for a long time. Individuals ingesting it say that their ulcers are healed, tumors restricted, there are reduction in the arthritis pains and inflammations, controlled blood pressure, the skin problems are restored, and finally they have stronger defenses against diseases.
Another property of the Moringa leaf is its soothing ability, because of which it can lower the blood pressure and promotes good sleep. It can also purify water since it has a detoxifying effect. Also a coagulant agent, Moringa can attach itself to hazardous bacteria and other materials, a process that is surmised to occur in the body too. The happy outcome is more sustained energy without any over-activity, balanced hormone and gland system, controlled blood pressure, and a rested nervous system.

Benefits on waking up Early

1. Time to Exercise

Waking up early gives you the time to exercise. You can easily go for a jog, do a few laps in the pool, practice yoga or hit the gym with plenty of time at hand.

2. Time to Meditate

There is nothing like beginning the day with a dose of meditation. It will help calm your mind and sharpen your reflexes to keep you going through your busy schedule of work.

3. Experience the Charm of Early Morning

Only an early morning person knows the charm and serenity that those hours offer. The silence, the birds chirping, the absence of cars honking, and the sunrise are all advantages only early rising can offer.

4. Increase Productivity and Efficiency

A study conducted at the Texas University in 2008 revealed that early risers are more prone to be productive and efficient at work. In fact, students who wake up early are known to get higher grades than those who wake up late.

5. Eating Breakfast

Breakfast is known to be the most important meal of the day. Often, you may land up skipping it if you are running late for work. An early start to the day ensures that this significant meal is never given the slip.

6. Less Stress

Giving you ample time to get ready on time, waking up early ensures that you suffer less stress. Beat the traffic and drive to work at ease.

7. Set Routine

Once you get into the habit of rising early, you are able to set a routine and that obviously leads to better productivity not only at work, but also on the home front and as an individual.

8. Brighter Mood

Early risers are known to be happier and more optimistic than night owls. The latter are known to suffer depression, insomnia and pessimism. The bright start with exercise and optimism is bound to keep you feeling energised and optimistic all day.

9. Better Health

Proper routine and exercise are known factors in ensuring better health in the long run. Waking up early ensures you set aside time to work out. Late risers lack the advantage of time for this.

10. Better Finances

Improved health, enhanced productivity and ameliorated energy can only result in one thing – a higher rate of success. And when this happens in your career, can financial triumph be far behind? So, rise early to kickstart a really great way of doing well in the professional sphere as well.

How to Succeed in a Math Class (Math Secrets)

Get a “can do” attitude:
If you can do it in sports, music, dance, etc., you can do it in math! Try not to let fear or negative experiences turn you off to math.

Practice a little math every day:
It helps you build up your confidence and move your brain away from the panic button at test time.

Take advantage of your math class:
If you are a college or high school student, realize that most colleges and universities require at least college algebra for any bachelor's degree. Some classes, like chemistry, nursing, statistics, etc. will require some algebra skills to succeed in them. If you are getting a bachelor's degree, then chances are you are going for a professional job. Most professional jobs require at least some math. Granted, some more than others, but nonetheless math (problem solving, numbers, etc...) is everywhere. So make sure that you embrace your math experience and make the most of it.

Attend class full time:
Math is a sequential subject. That means that what you are learning today builds on what you learned yesterday.

Keep up with the homework:
It sounds simple but your time is limited, you have a job to go to, etc.. Think of it this way: No homework, no learning. Homework helps you practice the applications of math concepts.

Try to understand the math problems:
When you work homework problems, ask yourself what you are looking for and how you are going to get there. Don’t just follow the example. Work the problem step-by-step until you know why you are doing what you are and have arrived at the solution

Use index cards to study tests:
Here’s how you do that: When studying for a test, make sure you can understand the problems on each math concept as well as work them. Then make the index cards with problems on them. Mix the index cards (yes, shuffle the cards to mix them up) and set the timer.

Ask questions in class:
Don’t be ashamed to ask questions. The instructor WILL NOT make fun of you. In fact, at least one other person may have the same question.

Ask questions outside of class:
OK, so like most people, you don’t want to ask questions in class, OR you think of a question too late. Then go to the instructor’s office and ask away.

Check homework assignments:
Make sure that when you get your graded homework back you look over what you got right as well as what you missed.

Pay attention in class: Math snowballs. If you don’t stay alert to the instructor’s presentation, you may miss important steps to learning concepts. Remember, today’s information sets the foundation for tomorrow’s work.

Don’t talk in class:
If you have questions, please ask the instructor. The information you get from classmates may be mathematically wrong! And if it isn’t related to math info for this class, save it for outside the classroom.

Read the math textbook and study guide:
Yes, there’s a reason why we ask you to spend all that money on them. If you look carefully, you will see that your book contains pages with great examples, explanations and definitions of terms. Take advantage of them.
